The sanitary store in France was the third building constructed for the client in the region. The sanitary company Espace Aubade is a specialist in the field of sanitaryware, bathroom design and fittings, heating and electrical installations.

The building has an area of 1,500 m². In the middle of the hall, there is a fireproof partition. This also separates the storage area from the exhibition and sales area. The roof coating has 130-mm thick panels, the walls 120-mm thick panels. To optically differentiate between the two parts of the hall, the panels were mounted horizontally in one area and vertically in the other. The whole architecture of the sanitary store creates a bright, friendly and welcoming impression for customers.
