In the middle of the Carpathian Mountains in Slovakia you will find the new cowshed of the collective farm Agropohorelá. The design brings to mind wood and stone, and ensures that the modern cowshed is perfectly integrated into the picturesque surroundings of the Low Tatras. But it is not just the design of this farm building that has satisfied the customer. The interior is also convincing. For example, the cowshed has a weather station. In bad weather this function ensures that specially coated roller blinds in front of the doors automatically protect the interior from the wind and rain.

The cowshed is 35 m wide, 90 m long and has a height of 10.6 m and provides enough space to keep 330 cows happy. The modern facilities ensure that there is enough daylight and good ventilation inside. Due to a roof slope of 22 percent, snow and rain run off the roof well. Astron constructed the well-thought-through building in Slovakia within a very short erection time and with low production costs.
