The client, ART Motor Company, is the official importer of the luxury car brand Lexus. In order to fulfil the expectations of this brand and of potential customers, the building had to be constructed to the highest standards.

To meet all the requirements, the car dealership has a classic tripartition. This includes a showroom with a size of 900 m² where the vehicles can be exhibited in style. In addition, the car dealer has an ultra-modern workshop and a warehouse for spare parts. To provide a place for customers to relax during the decision-making process or during the waiting time in the case of smaller repairs, a café rounds off the building concept. Steel frame building fulfilled all demands.
