Testimony
One of the businesses in which the family company Seier, based in north Germany, is involved is the utility system construction industry. Their customers include numerous regional and national energy suppliers. Business growth meant an additional site was required. The successful Astron Builder Partner of many years, Hansen Hallenbau Schwarzenbeck GmbH & Co. KG was responsible for the construction of this project.
The new building complex has a ground surface of 1,100 m² and consists of a 550 m² hall and a part with offices and social area that has two floors. The steel hall is type AZM1, which means that there are no disturbing intermediary columns. The walls have gray sandwich panels and the roof consists of 120 mm insulated LPR1000 trapezoid profiles. The customer created a pleasant atmosphere for the offices and social area by means of a high window front. The 3 m wide and 23 m long modular skylight in the production and storage areas enables optimum use of daylight.
The schedule and the budget were strictly adhered to. The responsible manager from Hansen Hallenbau, Mr. Dieter Hansen simply commented: "Our motto is: Building doesn't have to be expensive!"
