Specialised building for biotechnological industry
Mushroom farm launched in Tatarstan
We have received pictures of a complex for the industrial cultivation of mushrooms for IGS AGRO in the special economic zone Alabuga.
One of the biggest growers in Russia decided to build a new facility from scratch in the SEZ Alabuga. Mozaika, Astron Builder Partner, was given the order to build growing rooms of 15,000 m² completely turnkey.
The complex is dedicated to growing white button mushrooms for the fresh market. The total area is about 15,000 m² that include 3 buildings: the production of phase 3 compost, growing area for white button mushrooms, and a mixing bunker.
Mozaika, Astron Builder Partner, completed these specialised buildings meeting all the specific requirements of this industry: insulation and energy requirements for the buildings where mushrooms are grown, as well as the harsh conditions inside the growing rooms necessary for the creation of an ideal climate for a profitable and sustainable mushroom/composting farm.
The investment in such a facility can only be made if the best available technologies are used and if the most experienced parties are involved. Astron buildings, together with Mozaika, was a perfect match for these demands.
