Warehouse with Office

Very close to the airport in Copenhagen, Denmark, our Builder Partner Saabyg APS has built a warehouse with office for our client Lightcom. The attractive building, with 1,700 m², was constructed in just 12 months and the customer was thrilled with the result. The new building is 30 metres wide and 50 metres long with a height of 7 metres. It has a well-thought-out design and is divided into two floors.

The building functions as a warehouse with an integrated office, whereby the offices are located on the first floor. High-quality insulation of the walls and roof provide the best possible indoor climate both in the warehouse and in the offices. The complete facade is in a calm dark gray. The slightly curved roof adds an attractive touch to the otherwise very rectangular building. This interesting warehouse with office will serve the client for many years.
