Our origins date back to 1957 when James Sim, a Civil Engineer, formed a construction company. Acting as a Principal Contractor we carry out projects of a varied nature ranging from minor works to individual contracts of up to £5M in value. Over the years there has been diversification into housing development, structural steelwork, cladding and car parking systems together with design and build projects.
We carry out both new build and refurbishment projects: • Commercial, Industrial, Retail • Residential – Social and private • Church Works, Historic Building Refurbishment / Preservation • Insurance Works • Government – Schools, Fire Stations, Hospitals, Leisure and Community Buildings
