LPR 1000
ROBUST, PRECISE AND VERSATILE.
The LPR 1000 consists of robust trapezoidal steel profiles that are securely fastened to the roof purlins with self-drilling stainless steel screws. With a nominal width of 1,000 mm and a core thickness of 0.50 mm, the profile offers high stability and reliable watertightness.
Various colours and coatings are available for individual design. The panels are available in all RAL colours; price and delivery time depend on the order volume. For particularly short delivery times, selected standard colours are available directly from stock.
Technical specifications
- Trapezoidal profiled sheets made of sheet steel, with a nominal width of 1,000 mm
- 0.63 or 0.75 mm nominal thickness, with Aluzinc coating. Or 0.62 or 0.74 mm nominal thickness, with colour coating
- Connected to each other with self-drilling stainless steel screws

- All RAL colours available
- Standard colours: Aluzinc AZA (metal) or RAL 7044

Internal gutter that stays tight - for the life of the building
With our internal gutter, you don't have to spend money on premature roof repairs or fixing leaks. Unlike other solutions, it has a flexible connection between the gutter and the roof panels.
This means there is no tension and no leaks. There are no screws in the water-bearing surface. This means that your roof remains reliably watertight even after many years - with no maintenance and no surprises.
