LMR 600
YOU WON'T FIND A TIGHTER ROOF
The LMR 600 standing seam roof system lets you sleep soundly because it is the tightest roof in the world and Astron is the only manufacturer of this system for large buildings.
A 360° double seam ensures the ultimate in roof tightness. The decisive factor here is the ability to expand and contract freely in response to temperature fluctuations. This prevents stresses in the roof system and eliminates the risk of leaks.

ADVANTAGES
No screws, no penetration
Excellent insulation up to 300 mm
Advanced condensation control due to reduced thermal bridges
Solid and aesthetic appearance
Durable anti-corrosion coating

LMR 600
THE ULTIMATE TIGHTNESS SYSTEM
The LMR600 roof system impresses with its sophisticated design and maximum tightness. The special fastening clips allow the panels to expand and contract without tension, thus ensuring lasting stability.
A long-lasting, perfect moisture seal is achieved using a special machine that crimps an absolutely tight 360° double seam. The connecting clip to the substructure is also flanged directly. After installation, a monolithic, continuous membrane made of robust steel is created, minimising thermal bridges.
Technical specifications
- 600 mm wide, roll-moulded panels with a 70 mm high bead

Internal gutter that stays tight - for the life of the building
With our internal gutter, you don't have to spend money on premature roof repairs or fixing leaks. Unlike other solutions, it has a flexible connection between the gutter and the roof panels.
This means there is no tension and no leaks. There are no screws in the water-bearing surface. This means that your roof remains reliably watertight even after many years - with no maintenance and no surprises.
