Astron crane runway girders are the ideal solution for production and logistics halls with crane systems with a load capacity of up to 15 tonnes and more. The hot-rolled double-T beams with welded-on crane runway rails are precisely matched to the hall construction and pre-assembled in the factory.
The result: maximum precision, minimised assembly times and a permanently resilient solution - from a single source, from planning to tested statics.

CRANE RUNWAY GIRDER
EVERY TONNE SAFELY UNDER CONTROL
Astron crane runway girders are manufactured from hot-rolled double-T girders and guarantee maximum stability and precision. The crane runway rail with standard dimensions of 50 × 30 mm is welded on at the factory with an interrupted weld seam. The profiles are then steel blasted to grade SA 2.5 and coated with an 80 μm thick primer - for lasting protection and a long service life. The scope of delivery includes a verifiable structural analysis and detailed assembly plans.
If several cranes are used on one crane runway girder, the individual crane capacities must be added together or spacers must be provided. Other crane types and higher load capacities can be realised on request.
