In 2015, a 2,100 m² administrative and service complex was completed for TK Evropa, an official dealer of agricultural equipment and machinery for brands like ROSTSELMASH, HORSCH, PÖTTINGER, located in Barnaul (Russia).
The construction was timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the company, and the director of TK Evropa, Alexander Perevozschikov, selected his building supplier with special care. Having experience in operating a warehouse built with other structures, he was looking for the most reliable solution, opting for a double skin LMR600 with 200 mm insulation thickness.
The LMR600 roof system is the industry’s first and finest standing-seam metal roof system—with 40+ years of proven, in-place weathertight performance. The roof acts like a monolithic steel surface covering the entire building and providing superior weather integrity. An insulated monolithic gutter, with no screws in the water area, was installed. The gutter is independent from the structure and allows free dilatation for improved performance.
The height of the service area is 10 m and it is equipped with a crane beam with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The parapet around the building is an integral part of the aesthetics of the complex.
It took only 8 trucks to deliver the buildings to Barnaul, a city in Siberia 3364 km away from Astron production site in Russia.
