Märchenwelten: New highlight in HafenCity Hamburg
The world-wide unique exhibition building - "Fairytale Worlds” - is currently being assembled in Hamburg by Builder Hansen.
At the beginning of summer 2019, over 300,000 visitors per year are expected to visit this 3,000 m² Astron building and immerse themselves with all their senses in the fairytale world of the Brothers Grimm.
The 'Märchenwelten' will be a new highlight in the HafenCity and is a combination of culture and magic for visitors. State-of-the-art technology and an interactive, multimedia entertainment concept will ensure that every visitor can experience his or her own fairytale.
This exhibition building is part of the HafenCity Hamburg project of urban regeneration. The "Grosser Grasbrook" area of Hamburg's former free port is being revitalised with new hotels, shops, office buildings, and residential areas.
The 'Märchenwelten' building is integrated into this concept of mixing housing, work and leisure to create a new kind of neighbourhood life with a completely different way of living.
We will soon raise the curtain and present new pictures of this fairytale Astron building.
