First, the Allianz Arena in Munich, venue for the opening game, is an architectural highlight with 48 steel beams and a steel net forming the structure with a total of 22,000 tons of steel.
# MHP Arena – Stuttgart (known as the Stuttgart Arena during Euro 2024)
Some matches will be held at Stuttgart's MHP Arena. The roof structure, expanded in 2011, now includes 2,700 tons of steel and 420 tons of steel cables supporting the polyester roof membrane.
# Deutsche Bank Park – Frankfurt (known as the Frankfurt Arena during Euro 2024)
Other matches take place at Frankfurt's Deutsche Bank Park.You will find the largest steel cable membrane inner roof in the world. This structure weighs over 2,500 tons and is supported by 44 main pillars, with more than 12,000 tons of steel used.
# Olympiastadion – Berlin
Chosen for the grand finale of the 2024 Euro championship, Berlin's Olympiastadion won the German Steel Construction Award in 2004 for its impressive cantilever roof structure, supported by 20 delicate steel columns.
# Merkur Spiel Arena – Düsseldorf (known as the Düsseldorf Arena during Euro 2024)
Located near the company bauforumstahl, the Merkur Spiel Arena stands out with its retractable roof, supported by two 190-meter-long steel beams weighing 800 tons.
# Signal Iduna Park – Dortmund (known as the BVB Stadion Dortmund during Euro 2024)
Germany's largest stadium, Signal Iduna Park, will host six matches. Its eight yellow steel pylons, each 62 meters high, support and relieve the 750 tons of steel in the roof structure.
# Red Bull Arena – Leipzig (known as the Leipzig Stadium during Euro 2024)
The stadium in Leipzig has a curved, four-part roof structure made of steel trapezoidal profiles with a striking 17-meter-high steel construction hovering unsupported over the stands.

Hosting five Euro matches, Cologne’s RheinEnergie Stadion has four distinctive steel towers supporting a unique suspension structure. Over 5,200 tons of steel were used.

The Veltins Arena, is known for its retractable roof with over 3,600 tons of steel. Steel is also used in the supporting structures of the stands, except for the south stand.
