7,000 m² Sports Complex
In December 2019, in the Russian city of Labytnangi located a bit above the Polar circle, a sports complex was opened.
The project was realized by Magnum Company for Gazprom Neft under the Home Towns integrated social investment program. The new Polyarny Spots Centre with an area of 7 000 m² has a complex architecture and combines all the advantages of Astron solutions for large-span buildings and multi-story structures. Double skin LPR1000 system with 300 mm insulation is applied on the roof and sandwich panels on the walls.
The complex provides residents of the city with year-round swimming pool, as well as facilities for indoor soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, aerobics and dance. The universal gym can be transformed into an event hall, it provides stands for 350 seats with a platform for wheelchair users. The sports complex has a barrier-free environment for disabled people and its showers are equipped with tactile paving tiles for the sight impaired.
