A+ energy efficiency 6,000 m2 showroom

UAB "Merko statyba", Astron Builder in the Baltic States, has announced the completion of a brand new car dealership center in Vilnius, Lithuania. The over 6000 m² showroom and car center was built for TOKVILA, the authorized dealer of Toyota, and is considered to be the biggest car dealership building in the region.

The project director of UAB "Merko statyba", Žilvinas Pakutinskas, stated: I am convinced that this new car center will be user friendly for both staff and customers. Furthermore, the building has been designed to ensure future energy efficiency, reduce resource consumption, and lower operating costs.

The dealership center has been carefully planned and constructed to meet the investor's vision for a modern, functional, and energy-efficient facility. The Astron building has achieved an A+ energy efficiency rating, providing a comfortable and inviting space for customers to view and test drive up to 250 used Toyota cars and other vehicles, all of which can be stored in the impressively large, airy and heated space.

To ensure durability and longevity, the construction and equipment of the car center have utilized the most modern and robust materials available. The roof system, for example, is made of LMR600, the most durable and tightest industrial roof on the market. The LMR600 solution also aligns perfectly with the investor's plan to generate 80% of the center's energy from renewable sources, as photovoltaic panels can be easily mounted on the rolled seam of LMR600.
