Compact design and a flowing façade for optimum integration into the surrounding landscape.
The multi-storey car park in Rodange measures 33 x 38.5 m and stands out with its vertical slatted façade, which is designed in a harmonious colour gradient. The aluminium L-profiles create a clear, dynamic look while ensuring natural ventilation across all levels. This open approach fulfils the safety requirements and supports the harmonious integration of the building into the adjacent park landscape.
The car park offers 184 parking spaces on nine half levels, organised between two staircases, one of which is equipped with a lift. The steel construction is based on a 16-metre ceiling system without intermediate supports, creating spacious, column-free parking areas and enabling clear, flexible traffic routing. The roof made of trapezoidal steel sheets is already prepared for a future photovoltaic system.
Vertical louvres were chosen as a practical, economical and architecturally high-quality façade solution. They are attached directly to the gutter, so that no secondary steel substructure is required and the use of materials is reduced. The diverse design options in terms of shape, colour and orientation create a clear architectural grid that harmoniously integrates the car park into its surroundings.
