In this recent residential project in Germany, the need for sufficient parking capacity emerged as a key requirement alongside the construction of six apartment buildings.
Rather than investing in a costly underground parking structure, the project team opted for a more economical and efficient solution: a dedicated steel car park. With 250 parking spaces, the structure maximises available land use, supports the residential layout, and delivers strong cost efficiency without compromising functionality.
