Following a fire that disrupted operations, Pila MSK is rebuilding production capacity at its site in Velké Karlovice, Czech Republic.
As part of the recovery programme, general contractor LSP Zlín delivered a new production and storage hall extension. The project presented significant logistical and operational challenges, requiring careful planning to minimise disruption to ongoing production and ensure the safe coexistence of construction activities and daily site operations. Close coordination between all project partners enabled efficient execution and on-schedule delivery.
A steel construction solution helped reduce downtime and accelerate project delivery. The new production and storage facility restores lost capacity and supports a smooth return to full operations.
