One partnership. Five buildings.

16 SEPTEMBER 2026

A successful cooperation can lead to more than one project. For WIKA Poland, it has led to five.

Following the completion of four industrial buildings for WIKA, covering a total area of 16,132 m², the partnership has now led to a fifth facility under construction in Włocławek, Poland. The new 7,900 m² building is designed to support two distinct operational needs: an 11-metre-high standard warehouse and a 2,700 m² high-bay storage area with a 23.5-metre clear height.

The new building is relying on a hybrid design. By combining Astron’s steel solutions with concrete columns, the building will meet WIKA’s precise technical and operational needs. Astron is supplying the purlins, sandwich panel walls and roof system, together with a steel canopy. Precise pre-engineering supports efficient job site assembly and seamless integration with the existing infrastructure.

The project is moving forward efficiently without disrupting WIKA’s daily operational workflows. Five buildings, more than 24,000 m² of industrial buildings, and a cooperation built on a clear understanding of WIKA's  needs. This is how tailored building solutions create long-term value, project after project.
