In the Rives de Meurthe eco-district in Nancy, a new multi-story car park is now under construction. It will serve nearby residential areas and support daily mobility. The building will offer around 220 parking spaces in semi-levels.
Erection works on site have started starting with the central bay. Structural stability is ensured progressively through the installation of wind bracings, allowing safe and controlled assembly of the steel structure on site.
The design goes beyond function. The car park is designed as a living space. A soft salmon colour palette is used to create a warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for users.
The carpark is equipped with photovoltaic panels. This helps produce local energy while keeping a light visual impact in the eco-district.
This project shows how a car park can be simple, useful and better integrated into everyday urban life.
