Dramers S.A., one of Poland's leading manufacturers of cosmetics and household chemicals, continues to grow and has opened a modern production hall with 4,596 m² including a storage area. The building is part of a larger industrial complex that was built in several phases and now covers a total area of 22,000 m². Planning and realisation were the responsibility of WPIP, who successfully collaborated with Dramers as architect and general contractor for the third time.
The new hall strengthens Dramers' production and logistics processes and creates additional capacity for a broad product portfolio - from aerosol sprays and fragrance cosmetics to skin care and cleaning products. With this investment, the company is optimally prepared to fulfil the increasing demands in Poland, Europe and worldwide. Today, Dramers exports to almost 50 countries and works with leading international groups and the largest retail chains.
The facility was built using a robust Astron steel construction and the energy-efficient Arctic wall system. This construction method ensures excellent insulation values, a long service life and low operating costs. The modern and flexible hall design offers ideal conditions for efficient production processes and an economical warehouse that can be adapted to future requirements.
