Just steps from the TGV station, the future P3 parking will play a key role in a rapidly evolving district. The car park provides 557 parking spaces to meet the growing needs of commuters, businesses and residents.
A complex carpark in a constrained urban environment
Located at the junction of four districts and below bridge level, the parking structure maximizes land use while integrating into its surroundings: Compact footprint fully optimized, partially embedded design to reduce visual impact and rectangular layout aligned with future office buildings. The R+5 parking includes a central double helix ramp, ensuring smooth traffic flow and full separation between vehicles and pedestrians.
Performance, safety and efficiency
This Mulhouse car park reflects Astron Mobility key principles of modern parking design, where efficient circulation, safety and adaptability are essential. Open layouts improving visibility and user comfort, optimized structures reduce weight and foundation constraints, fast onsite assembly and limiting disruption in dense urban areas and high flexibility to adapt layouts to future mobility needs.
The project also integrates sustainable and forward-looking features such as rainwater infiltration, photovoltaic canopies on the top floor, adaptable lower levels anticipating future mobility shifts…
