For our MOBILITY division, we are looking for a project manager who is keen to work with us to design modern mobility solutions: Car parks that can do more than just park and that are cleverly designed to generate added value for users and clients.

Your tasks:

  • In our Car Parks division, you will be the first point of contact for your construction partners and clients from acquisition to final handover
  • You will be responsible for successful project development and realisation as well as ensuring project profitability
  • Your tasks will include Project acquisition, proposal preparation, project management, project control as well as cooperation with the technical teams in the realisation phase

 

Your profile:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering and have already successfully gained experience (approx. 3 to 8 years) in sales and/or project management in the construction sector
  • You are ambitious, goal-orientated and love new challenges. In addition to technical understanding, you also think commercially and have a high level of stamina for the job
  • You have high quality standards and also pay the necessary attention to detail
  • You are team-orientated and love building long-term relationships with your customers and colleagues
  • You are fluent in German and English; any other language is an advantage
