Your tasks:

• You will create and optimise the structural concept from a structural point of view.
• You will manage your construction projects from acquisition to acceptance and be the central point of contact for our clients.
• You are responsible for successful project realisation and project profitability.
• In detail: Project acquisition, conceptual design, preparation of IT-supported structural calculations, tender preparation, contract drafting, project management, project control and cooperation with the technical teams in the realisation phase.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in civil engineering specialising in structural engineering and ideally have already gained experience (approx. 3 to 8 years) in sales and/or project management. We also give qualified career starters a chance.
• You are ambitious, goal-orientated and love new challenges. In addition to technical understanding, you also think commercially and have a high level of stamina for the job.
• You have high quality standards and pay the necessary attention to detail.
• You are team-orientated and love building long-term relationships with your customers and colleagues.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working with people.
• You are fluent in German and English; any other language is an advantage.
