A prestigious MSB Building

Skalski is an Astron Builder for many years. Following the major expansion of its activities, the company, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, wanted to acquire larger premises for its headquarters in Krakow (Poland).

For this new building, the management team of Skalski ask his employees to choose among 4 architectural proposals. The shape of the building was developed based on Skalski’s logo and existing I-phase of the building is half of S letter.

 
There were two main reasons of choosing steel as main construction material for the building.
First was the design aspect. Architect wanted very light and transparent construction all covered in glass.
Second one is marketing aspect.  The solution Astron multi-storey, well known and appreciated by Pjotr Skalski, director general of the group, was naturally selected to complete this project.
