Let’s Party with ASTRON Party Rent is a service company dealing in event logistics: tables, chairs, cups, glasses, tents and kitchen, indeed anything from equipment to air-conditioning systems and sanitary facilities can be provided. In order to deal with the multitude of requirements in terms of storage capacities, logistic possibilities and office space, Charles Schroeder, the first franchise partner from Echternach close to the German-Luxembourgish border, chose the ASTRON Multi-Storey building system. ASTRON Builder MBS S.A. completed this building in only 6 months, while the sole erection time was less than 2 weeks! This elegant building, featuring offices and show rooms, follows the corporate identity of the parent company. Featuring a free span of close to 15 x 15 meters, the double skin single slope roof is covered with PR panels in Aluzink as outer skin and with an ivory colored PS panel as inner skin and is equipped with a 120 mm ASTROTHERM insulation. The 30cm thick pumice concrete façade elements are installed vertically and give an especially aesthetic look to the building. As a very pleasant interior feature a 2.5 x 2.4m skylight was placed exactly in the middle of the roof. An additional opening in the mezzanine allows daylight to flood the inside of the building, thus creating a very pleasant atmosphere in the atrium shaped courtyard.
