A 4-storey Astron MSB in Switzerland - 8,000m² erected in 6 months

The Swiss Builder Interbau AG is well known in the Fribourg region for the quality of its services and its modern architecture designed by the family owned office 3D Architekten.

This MSB complex situated in Kerzers (Switzerland) combines commercial space
with residential and is a good example of their partnership. Both companies invested into this building in their home town Kerzers: 8,000m² spread over 4 levels: a 2,000m² underground parking, on the ground-floor a supermarket, a café and restaurant occupy the same area, the first floor houses boutiques and consulting-rooms and the top floor consists of apartments with large terraces.
Visible columns and stabilisation crosses at the main entrance of the building are architectural highlights.

From a technical point of view, this project encountered no problems thanks to the professionalism of Builder Interbau and the MSB designers team.
The Astron structure and the prefabricated hollow core slabs were erected in only 5 weeks.
