A luminous Lamppost Building

Tungsram-Schréder is involved in lighting systems, specialist in replicas of 19th century lamposts. Since 60 years this Hungarian company is experiencing a great development and is now active in more than 30 countries. Convinced by the advantages of our system they contracted Builder KDTVV Kft to build new premises in Hungary.

First a 2,500m carre building was built, serving as storage for finished and semy-finished products.

Fully satisfied by KDTVV’s co-operation Tungsram-Schreder. The second building was ordered in 2004. It was obvious to be from Astron. The architect was Ádám Hatvani. The building is a locksmith workshop, where lamppost elements are produced. An open area is attached to the main building, where semi-finished products are stored and preparation work is done.

Construction works were carried out between August-October, 2004, and the workshop has started its activities immediately.

General contractor was KDTVV Kft., who subcontracted the erection of the Astron building to experienced Astron Builder Solyszolg Kft. from Budapest.
