German-Italian Teamwork

The Italian Group, Bondioli & Pavesi, belong to the international leaders in production of motion transmission technology for land and building machines such as public transport vehicles and industrial technology. Also in Germany the enterprise has been successful for decades. When the building in Groβ-Gerau could not satisfy the company’s present needs any longer, the Astron builder  Mörk Bau GmbH & Co. KG  was entrusted with a new  turnkey project.

A combined office and storage building with ideal highway connections was erected not far from the former building. This joint three-storey office and hall offer ideal conditions for both administrative and physical activity as well as enough space for future potential expansion.

Simultaneously, the architecturally appealing solution mirrors the image of the Group. A grand and impressive glass façade embraces the stairway of the  multi-storey building. Curved peak skylights and large ceiling lights have been integrated in the storage section to create a pleasant atmosphere together with the substantial amounts of daylight.
