The supermarket chain Leclerc chooses ASTRONThe Leclerc centers, leaders in the French supermarket sector with significant growth potential, continue their expansion through the development of their Auto centers. Subsequently, the chain decided to open a new center. The garage, situated in Gaillac (France) strives to become a major regional player in the domain of car centers. This is advertised by the Leclerc slogan: "product, service and competence at E. Leclerc price". A renowned Astron Builder in this region, Continental Immobilier d’Entreprise, was able to meet the technical and financial needs of the group by proposing a turnkey 2,240m² ASTRON building. It is split between a self service area of 770m² and repair shop, entirely in line with the "L’Auto E. Leclerc" concept. Due to his sales strategy and his job methodology, virtually entirely based on a long lasting and close collaboration with his partnerships, Continental Immobilier d’Entreprise, the building was a success. We hope that it will generate future orders for the same supermarket chain. |
