Toyota, nothing is impossible!ASTRON Builder for more than 10 years, Baum + Partner Gewerbebau GmbH counts a large a number of buildings in the sector of industry and the craft industry but it also active in the field of turnkey real-estate projects. The Toyota garage located in Karlsruhe (Germany) is another example of its know-how. This car dealership was built in the place of the preceding building, completely demolished. It was built on piles in order to guarantee the solidity of the ground, embanked after the second world war. This 1.600 m² garage with thermodur panels and built-up roof is split between a single story building for multistage workshop and a multi-story building for the office and showroom. The quality of interior finishes, the architectural entrance following Toyota corporate style and the large window glazing make a pleasing aesthetics consistent with Toyota corporate requirements. |
