ASTRON Building of the Year 2005Congratulations to our Builder OZ-BUD Sp. z o.o. who won ASTRON’s Building of the Year competition with this storage building for PSB Group, the largest Polish building materials distribution network, located in Olesnica (Poland). The company OZ-BUD Sp. z o.o., established in Wroclaw since 1991, offers all kind of building services and has already carried out numerous big investment projects in the area of lower Silesia. ASTRON partner in steel building since one year only, the firm proved great professionalism by erecting this 2.160 m² building within 8 weeks while the turnkey completion of the edifice took only some 22 weeks more. The most remarkable feature of this building, though ‘merely’ designated as a storage building, is the artistic entrance designed by architects Marek Smolak and Slawomir Sznerch: the blue and red elements together with steel artwork give a modern and inviting appearance to the warehouse. The speed of construction, one of the major advantages of steel buildings, together with competitive prices have been the decisive motive for the building owner to turn to OZ-BUD and the ASTRON building system for the realisation of his new premises. The additional high quality finishing, the well developed combination of wall panels together with excellent aesthetics made of PSB Group a very satisfied customer. |
