JFC: Opening up for new business opportunities in Poland

Today, Poland benefits from its geographical situation, situated as it is between Eastern and Western Europe, and thus offering a springboard for businesses seeking to move either East or West.

It is also the biggest single agricultural market in the EU! Not surprisingly, therefore, that JFC Development, an Irish company specialised in the conception, production and marketing of plastic products for the agricultural sector, has decided to enter the Polish market. JFC has built a modern, highly-sophisticated production plant 30 km from Poland’s capital, Warsaw. As a construction partner, the company chose Builder N+M Bau Sp. z o.o, well known for its reliability, professionalism and quality and, furthermore, a company that has already built more than a hundred ASTRON buildings. JFC specified a 3.200 m² building, without secondary framing, using the built-up Spacetec roof system (purlin-free roof). The ribbed roof panels create an attractive interior aspect while skylights ensure a high degree of natural light inside the building. Horizontal cladding, a parapet, a suspended canopy, plus an imaginative choice of colours have resulted in a building that is not only attractive but also which also reflects the serious and professional approach of its occupants.
