Scholtes et Brauch S.A. know-how to serve Unsen Travel

A long-term corporate strategy by Luxembourg Builder Scholtes et Brauch S.A. to put customer satisfaction at the top of its list of priorities has resulted in the construction of well over 1.000.000 m² of ASTRON buildings during the past 31 years.

This reputation and track record were the main reasons why travel company Voyages Unsen, naturally turned to Builder Scholtes et Brauch S.A. to construct their new premises. Voyages Unsen, a family business specialising in school transport and conducted coach tours, has experienced considerable growth and now employs 44 people. The company decided to build new, modern premises better suited to the needs of its thriving business. They chose Eschette (Luxembourg), the native village of the Unsen family, as the site for the new facility. Initially, the project was envisaged as two separate buildings arranged around a courtyard to house the company’s activities: a travel agency, a coach garage and a maintenance facility. Scholtes et Brauch S.A., however, came up with an alternative concept that consolidated everything in one 4.620 m² building. The client was sufficiently convinced by this solution that offered the advantages of a large free space and thus flexibility in internal layouts, with an excellent quality/price ratio, as to award them the contract. " A pleasant site, comfortable and ergonomic premises, attractive architecture as well as very good cooperation with Scholtes et Brauch S.A." stated Mr Guy Unsen, very pleased with his company’s new building.
