“Building of the Month” in Denmark - Steel construction close to Copenhagen
Modern steel hall for event supplierThe Astron “Building of the Month” is located in Denmark, near the Copenhagen airport. Within twelve months this attractive steel building was erected as a turnkey solution by Astron Builder Saabyg ApS from Regstrup for company Lightcom A/S, that deals with event technique and provides regarding services.This steel building is 30 m wide and 50 m long with an eave height of 7.20 m. It is used for storage and maintenance, the office area is split on two floors, so that in total there is an usage area of about 1 700 m².The whole project was delivered by Lindab: an Astron steel building including concrete floor beams, double skin roof and wall with insulation up to 300 mm as well as Lindab doors. For the facade the Builder used 17 t Lindab flat sheet and bended all parts in their own factory.The building company Saabyg ApS is Astron Builder since the 80’s. Today it is owned by the three children of the founders. They provide all building services – from renovation to turnkey solutions. |
