This modern steel construction for 3 Luxembourg innovative start-ups was erected in Foetz by Astron’s Builder M.B.S. BUILDINGS S.A.

For almost 4 years, Ecostart Enterprise and Innovation Centre welcomes start-ups in its premises and has enjoyed great success with young creative entrepreneurs. In order to respond optimally to all the needs of domestic and foreign businesses at the development stage seeking a temporary foothold in Luxembourg, the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade has opened a 2nd centre to accommodate a larger number of companies. It is within this context that the builder was asked to carry out the design and construction of facilities and services with offices space and production and assembly activities (initial-prototype or small-factory workshop).

This 3,300m² steel construction was split into three units and combines both an attractive external look with functionality, therefore it has been designed to cater to a wide range of business needs. The roof of this new free span without intermediate column building is PR-panel.
