Harmony of steel and concrete Incorporating the ASTRON structure, the three-storey head-quarters are dominated by an orange and rectangular block with the appearance of a balcony which greatly enhances the facade, it displays the company logo and is supported by columns forming the entrance. The AZM2 ASTRON hall has impressive sizes: a span of 57m, a length of 68m and an eave hight of 10.1m determine the 3876m² production space. ASTRON’s popular double skin roof (PR/PS) and PA wall with inside sheeting are a typical cladding combination. The three cranes, the building is equipped with, have a joint capacity of 36t.
