ASTRON Builder F.H.U. Multi-Project held all the trumps Faser Plast is a Swiss based company manufacturing and processing glassfibre enforced plastics, polyethylene and chrome steel since 1972. Twenty employees are now working in this brand new building in Pomerania, where the company produces cabines for harbour cranes. The 3465m³ building features many special architectural characteristics, such as rounded aluminium shop windows and a monumental main entrance portal, both in a powerful red, contrasting with the elegant silver grey PA panels as wall cladding. The roof has a 4% slope and is covered with the very popular PR panels; as thermal insulation ASTROTHERM has been chosen in 100mm layers for the walls and 120mm for the roof. Since the final customer was very satisfied with this project, a second production hall is already in the planning stage.
