A new Building in Nootdorp for KIM Ketting Import Since 1991, KIM was situated in Zoetermeer, where the products were stored in two warehouses from where they had been delivered europewide. Soon both buildings had become too small; a new and larger building in which the complete activity could be placed became undispensable. In March 2003 the primary framing had been erected while moving was scheduled for month of May. And indeed ! The opening ceremony could be celebrated punctually on June 1st 2003 . Thus, KIM can serve its customers from its new premises in Nootdorp, close to the freeway A12, on a surface that is four times bigger than the previous one and thus guarantee reliable and on-time services. The building has an allover surface of 2.000 m² with an average bay spacing of 7.8 m while roof has a slope of 4 % and spans over approximatively 35 m.
