Variations of a theme The private capital company Ranga IV is one the leading construction and project management companies in Lithuania. Ranga IV performs construction and renovation works of various designation and scale ranging from construction of residential, industrial, public and commercial buildings (turnkey projects), precast or monolithic reinforced concrete, brick or metal structures. With its 500 specialists Ranga IV builds more than 100.000 m² per year for such well-known customers like IKEA and Brown Boveri in Lithuania, Sweden, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. Ranga IV is ASTRON Builder since 1993 and has built more than 220.000 m² with the ASTRON steel building system. According to its own mission and vision, Ranga IV has also carried out the works for this building with most progressive engineering and architectural solutions, for Bizpak, a parcel delivery company of European level. 30 employees are working in these premises which are already the 4th ASTRON building for this same customer. This building does not only combine various different visual aspects of steel as building material, it also shows an external mezzanine as special architectural feature and smoke vents as accessories.. Convinced by the quality/price ration in addition to architectural flexibility and speed of erection, the customer mentioned already that it will probably not be the last ASTRON building they ordered.
