A four-leaf clover Bauschlosserei Roland Eichmann, founded in 1990, specializes in the conception, production and erection of metal balustrades, balcony systems, window grilles, roofings and carports. The company credits its success on its use of modern machinery, together with 16 motivated employees. Its rapid growth made expansion inevitable, and it made sense for the company to go back to the supplier it has learned to trust. This time, a modern AZM1 building with a 35-metre free span and a 1.200 m² surface was entirely built in Singen-Hilzingen (D) within 4 ½ months. The pure erection time was just five weeks. The very popular ASTRON PA and PR-profiles were chosen for walls and roof, each time including a 100- or 120-mm ASA thermal insulation. The roof slope is 10 %. Accessories - such as window and door framings, escape doors and roof curbs - specially customized to the ASTRON product range were installed as well. The entrance is a special feature, highlighted by its contrasting colour and by being advanced 60 cm from the rest of the wall. Through maintaining a high quality standard, including everything from conception of a project to delivery of the turn-key building, Wertbau has built an excellent reputation - not only in the southwest region of Germany but even in adjacent countries.
