ASTRON breaks the ice! Ice hockey is a major, national sport in the Czech Republic, some 160 ice rinks throughout the country have already been made, some of the most modern one have been built by ASTRON. The Czech city of Tachov, ordered new facilities to Builder B.C. Building Centrum, who enjoys an excellent reputation in this sector and had already successfully completed other ice rinks. For this 2.880 m² with 45 m free span ice rink, the city of Tachov chose PA wall and ASTRON PR roof system. All the sportsmen and spectators were captivated by the quality of architecture and layout during the building inauguration. ASTRON offers design flexibility, modern appearance and a cost-effective solution to energy consumption for ice rinks. All contributing to better conditions for players and greater comfort for spectators.
