Simple but effective! Telus, a company specialising in the testing of materials for the automotive industry under actual working conditions (vibration, temperature, etc.) needed new premises because of its very rapid growth. The company decided to construct new headquarters in Bissingen/Teck (D), bringing together laboratories, offices, test and storage areas. The technical complexity of this 1.250m² test centre included demands for high performance acoustical insulation. ASTRON Builder Mörk Bau developed a solution employing a DSR double skin roof plus Eurotec wall panels, 50 mm insulation with vapour barrier and PG perforated inside sheeting to ensure high performance noise absorption. This turnkey ASTRON Building offers a simple and rational solution to a technical demand coupled with an efficient internal layout to suit the working requirements of Telus.
