200th hall for MATTIG & LINDNER
The German authorized Astron builder MATTIG & LINDNER from Forst is currently building its 200th industrial hall, most of them Astron steel halls. The 1,252 m² warehouse is being built on a turnkey basis for the MROSE Group, also based in Forst.
Since 1990, MATTIG & LINDNER and Astron have been jointly developing and realizing steel buildings with a wide variety of requirements, sizes and uses, such as logistics halls, warehouses, production halls, office buildings, sports halls, and parking garages. The construction company acts as project developer and executing general contractor and Astron delivers the customized steel building solution.
Astron's construction partner's commitment to the environment and sustainability is demonstrated by the fact that most of the steel halls are equipped with a photovoltaic system. The LMR600 roof is a standing seam roof system and provides the perfect basis for this.
Numerous large projects demonstrate the performance and competence of the MATTIG & LINDNER construction company. For example, the construction of a logistics hall in Philippsburg with 88,000 m², which was realized in three construction phases on a turnkey basis, and also equipped with a photovoltaic system.
Another showcase project was launched in 2020, namely the turnkey construction of a 45,000 m² logistics center near Berlin. Since the end of 2021, the foundations have been built and the steel hall is currently in production. The first parts of the steel structure have currently arrived on site and are currently being assembled.
Important for the successful realization of all large projects is the early and good cooperation of MATTIG & LINDNER with the Astron team in order to configure the complex structure of the buildings already in the planning phase and to precisely coordinate the manufacturing and delivery cycles.
