Simple but bold

The Korman headquarters was built in Stara Iwiczna near Warsaw as a combination of a warehouse and office building with a total area of ​​1500 m².

The architecture of the building highlights the focus of the investor. Korman was established in 2007 to offer services in the delivery and assembly of facades and roofs.

Korman is also an Astron builder dealer and general contractor of steel buildings. In their portfolio, Korman has many bold and complex projects. In particular, they specialize in metal, even in its most difficult forms.

The warehouse has an area of ​​almost 1 000 m² and was constructed as an Astron steel building. Appreciating Astron's experience in constructing the most individual and demanding projects, Korman had no hesitation in deciding to choose Astron. The building was completed on time and in accordance with the design and requirements of the investor.

Korman’s new headquarters stands out from other constructions, showcasing Korman's distinctive features: simple but bold forms, and made out of metal. The entire building was designed and built to reflect the Korman brand. This is clearly visible on the left side of the building, where the intersecting blocks of the warehouse look like the letter K in the logo. Metal distinguishes the company from rival companies. That is why the shutters are made of perforated sheet metal, which not only gives the building its own unique character, but also protects against overheating on the south and west sides.
