Extension of a printing house in France
Berjon printing house, founded in 2001 and located in Gradignan (France), is specialized in manufacturing of paper and cardboard items. Their activity increased over the years, so the General Manager, Frédéric Berjon, decided to expand its premises.
For the achievement of his new premises, he chose Travaux Aquitains, Astron Builder in the Bordeaux area, who offered him the best solution that perfectly met his expectations: a functional building with a special touch that makes the difference.
With an area of 394m², this 3-bay building is erected in the extension of the existing building. Different areas have been developed for offices and storage. It also includes a mezzanine of 168m² with a floor made of metal decking (Multidek) where offices are installed.
The building has an LPR1000 roof, aluzinc coating, with a 6% single slope and a parapet on the edge. To recall the old building, the walls are equipped with dark grey sinusoidal panels (RAL 7011) installed vertically.
From an architectural point of view, we immediately notice the following characteristics: a double-door entrance in the shape of a perforated cylinder hiding a staircase and full height vertical bay windows offering originality and brightness inside the building.
Congratulations to the team of Travaux Aquitains!
